Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Luminex AgentFlow ("AgentFlow"), a software service that helps real estate professionals capture, organize and follow up with leads. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity in your organization's workspace, including activity by members you invite.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

• You may only message people who have given you consent, or who have contacted your business number first.
• You must honor opt-out requests immediately; AgentFlow processes STOP replies automatically.
• You are responsible for complying with the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, carrier requirements, A2P 10DLC registration rules and any other applicable messaging laws in your jurisdiction.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to recipients.
• Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe.

You agree not to use AgentFlow to:

• send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or deceptive content;
• send content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or fraudulent;
• message prohibited categories restricted by carriers;
• attempt to access another organization's data, or to reverse engineer the service.

AgentFlow uses AI to summarize conversations and draft suggested replies from your own workspace records. AI output may contain errors and is provided as a drafting aid. You are responsible for reviewing and approving messages before they are sent, and for the content of anything sent from your number.

You retain ownership of the lead, message and appointment data in your workspace. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload and process the contact information you enter.

AgentFlow integrates with third-party providers such as Twilio, calendar providers and payment processors. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.

We work to keep AgentFlow available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that create carrier or legal risk, or that have unpaid fees.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
